Crowned & Nurtured is operated by CURLS-AUNATUREL LLC (trading as Curls AuNaturel), Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth High St, London SW18 4TF, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”), and is powered by Curls AuNaturel. You can reach us at info@curls-aunaturel.co.uk.

• You don't need an account to buy tickets or book a stall. Without one, you are identified by the Booking code you get when you book plus the phone number you give at checkout (and your email, if you give one). An account lets you see all your tickets in one place and apply to be a vendor.
• Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy tickets. Under-18s can attend events where the organiser allows it, with a ticket bought by a parent or guardian. Some events set their own age limits, shown on the event page.
• You can delete your account at any time at /account/delete or in the app. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

• Each ticket has a booking reference (it looks like CN-7K3Q9P) and a QR code. Each QR code admits one person, once. Keep it safe and do not share it — the first person to present it is let in.
• You can find your booking at any time with your Booking code (or a ticket's booking reference) and the phone number or email you booked with at /tickets/find, or under Tickets in your account.
• Tickets are for personal use. Reselling tickets for profit is not allowed unless the organiser says otherwise.
• Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS) and include any fees shown at checkout.
• Payments are taken by Paystack or Hubtel on their own secure checkout pages, under their terms. A ticket is only confirmed once the payment has succeeded.
• The organiser and venue may refuse entry for safety reasons or if their entry conditions (for example age limits or ID checks) are not met.

Refunds are handled according to each event organiser's policy, which is shown on the event page. [DEFAULT REFUND POLICY — e.g. tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled]

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment gateway, usually within [REFUND TIMEFRAME]. Gateway fees may not be refundable. [CONFIRM FEE POLICY]

Event details such as the line-up, times or venue may change. If an event is cancelled we will email everyone booked on it and explain how refunds will work. If an event is postponed, your ticket will normally be valid for the new date. [CONFIRM POSTPONEMENT POLICY]

• Vendor applications are reviewed and may be accepted or declined at our discretion.
• Stall bookings are confirmed once paid (or once approved, for free stalls).
• Vendors are responsible for their own products, permits, licences, taxes and conduct at the event, and must follow the organiser's vendor rules. [VENDOR RULES / STALL REFUND POLICY]

Please do not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• copy, forge or tamper with tickets or QR codes;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• harass staff, vendors or other guests at our events.

We may suspend accounts or cancel tickets that break these rules.

The Crowned & Nurtured and Curls AuNaturel names, logos, photos and text belong to us or our partners. Please do not use them without permission.

We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. [LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLAUSE — COUNSEL TO DRAFT]

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW — e.g. the Republic of Ghana], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [JURISDICTION].
