Delete your account

• Sign in.
• Go to your Dashboard and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, and press Delete my account.

• Open the Profile tab while signed in.
• Tap Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

• Your account, profile and sign-in details. This can't be undone.
• If you're a vendor, your vendor profile and stall booking history.
• You're signed out on the website and in the app.

Tickets you've already bought stay valid. Keep your booking references to find them. We keep the ticket holder name and email on each ticket so it still scans at the gate, and we keep payment records because we need them for our accounts. These records are no longer linked to an account.

Vendors with confirmed stall bookings at upcoming events need to contact us first, so we can sort those bookings out before the account is deleted.

If you can't sign in, first try resetting your password. If that doesn't work, email us at info@curls-aunaturel.co.ukfrom the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account and reply when it's done.
